Information We Collect

We may collect:

• Information you submit through forms, email, newsletter signup, support requests, or product intake.
• Email address and subscription information for The LATAM Dispatch where you choose to subscribe.
• Watch Commander intake information, such as citizenship/nationality, target country, applying-from location, pathway preferences, income, family, pension, investment, property, employment, and related planning details.
• Generated report information, private workspace status, country slots, attempt counts, report-generation events, and support identifiers.
• Payment metadata from providers such as Stripe, including payment status, amount, currency, checkout session ID, product type, and customer email. We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Technical information such as server logs, IP address, browser/device information, referral pages, error logs, security events, and analytics events.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide newsletters, field briefs, reports, private workspace links, and customer support.
• Process payments and confirm product access.
• Send transactional emails such as private links, report-ready notices, receipts, support replies, and requested follow-up information.
• Improve site content, product quality, source accuracy, security, reliability, and error handling.
• Monitor product usage limits, country slots, successful generations, and technical failures.
• Prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, scraping, payment bypass, and security issues.

The LATAM Dispatch

The LATAM Dispatch is free. If you subscribe through Substack or another newsletter provider, that provider may collect and process your email address and related subscription information under its own policies.

We do not add Watch Commander customers to marketing or newsletter broadcasts unless they separately opt in where required.

Watch Commander

Watch Commander may operate without user accounts. A private workspace link may function as your access key. Keep it private. Anyone with the link may be able to access the associated workspace, report history, remaining country slots, and remaining successful generations.

If transactional email is configured, private links, report notices, support replies, and access information may be sent to the email address used at checkout or provided for support.

Watch Commander reports are based on intake information you provide. Because this information may include financial, family, immigration, and planning details, do not submit information you are not comfortable using for report generation and support.

Service Providers

We may use third-party providers for hosting, analytics, email delivery, newsletter signup, payments, logs, security, customer support, and product operations. These may include services such as Substack, Stripe, Postmark, Umami analytics, and hosting/database providers.

These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and Analytics

Exiled Mounty does not use advertising cookies or retargeting pixels by default.

We may use privacy-friendly analytics, essential technical storage, server logs, and third-party tools needed for newsletter signup, payment, security, error logging, private workspace access, and service operation. See the Cookie Notice.

Data Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, accounting, legal compliance, fraud prevention, product security, source-quality review, and product improvement.

Some payment, support, transaction, access, and error-log records may need to be retained longer than ordinary website logs.

Watch Commander event and error logs may be retained for a limited period to diagnose technical failures, confirm whether a report was generated, protect against abuse, and support refund or access questions.

Sharing With Professionals

If you request lawyer, consultant, field-contact, or service-provider options, we may provide general information or suggestions to you.

We should not send your private intake details, report summary, or file information to a lawyer, consultant, field contact, or other third party without your clear permission.

If you approve a handoff, we may share only the information reasonably needed for that request.

Your Requests

You may contact support@exiledmounty.com to ask about your information, request correction, request deletion where legally and operationally possible, or get help recovering a private workspace link.

We may need to keep some records where required for payment, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, security, or legal compliance.
