Exit Readiness Assessment

The Exit Readiness Assessment is a general educational self-assessment. Its score, flags, category results, recommendations, and suggested next actions are generated from your answers using fixed rules. They are not a determination that you can or should relocate, and they are not professional advice.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your answers and for independently verifying any action you take after receiving a report.

Digital Guides and Licence

Unless a product page clearly says otherwise, paid and free guides, manuals, planners, worksheets, reports, and downloads are licensed to the purchaser or recipient for personal, non-commercial use only. Copyright and all other intellectual-property rights remain with Exiled Mounty or the identified rights holder.

You may download and print a reasonable number of copies for your own use. You may not share purchase links or files publicly, redistribute, resell, publish, reproduce, remove rights notices from, or use the material to create a competing product without written permission.

Watch Commander and AI-Generated Output

Watch Commander is an educational planning and screening tool. It may use artificial-intelligence services to generate or assist with reports. AI output can be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, or misleading even when it sounds confident.

Reports, checklists, source notes, risk notes, source-confidence estimates, and Plans of Attack are preparation aids only. They do not replace lawyers, immigration consultants, accountants, financial advisers, real estate professionals, medical professionals, or government authorities.

Reports depend on the information you provide. If your intake is incomplete, inaccurate, unclear, or based on mistaken assumptions, the report may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unusable. You must review and independently verify the output before relying on it.

Private Workspace Links

If Watch Commander provides a private workspace link, that link is your access key. Save it and keep it private. Anyone with the link may be able to access the associated workspace and remaining generations.

Exiled Mounty may not be able to restore access if you lose your private link, especially where no account login or verified email recovery is available.

Paid Passes and Attempts

Paid Watch Commander passes may include a limited number of successful report generations, country slots, or other usage limits as described on the product page or checkout flow.

An attempt is intended to be consumed only when a report is successfully generated. Failed payments, Stripe/webhook issues, server errors, accidental refreshes, or failed report-generation attempts should not count as successful generations.

Pass availability, country coverage, prices, beta offers, and usage limits may change over time.

Payments, Delivery, and Refunds

Paid products are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe or marketplaces such as Amazon. Exiled Mounty does not store full payment card numbers. Prices and currencies are shown before purchase. Taxes, exchange charges, and bank fees may be added by the payment provider or marketplace where applicable.

Digital products are normally delivered by download, email, private access link, or on-screen access. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and safeguarding private download or workspace links. If delivery fails, contact support so we can verify the purchase and restore or resend access.

Except where required by applicable law or a product page says otherwise, digital downloads and generated reports are not refundable after delivery or access. If a verified technical failure prevents delivery, we may fix the issue, resend access, restore an attempt, replace a file, or issue a refund. Suspected duplicate charges or pricing errors should be reported promptly. Improper chargebacks, payment bypass, or fraudulent access may result in suspension or termination.

Third-Party Links and Services

We may link to official sources, Substack, Stripe, analytics services, lawyers, consultants, service providers, property sites, banks, government offices, and other third parties. Third-party links are provided for context and convenience. Unless clearly stated, they are not endorsements, guarantees, or legal/professional referrals.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use Exiled Mounty products for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass payment, access controls, rate limits, private-link protections, or security protections.
• Do not scrape, resell, copy, or republish paid reports, source lists, prompts, templates, product material, or generated output as a competing product.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase a product or submit personal information through a paid service. If you use the general website while under that age, do so only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Availability and Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose. We may correct errors, replace files, suspend features, or discontinue products when reasonably necessary.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Exiled Mounty is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the site, a guide, assessment, report, third-party service, or linked source. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to a product or service when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risks, payment disputes, unlawful conduct, or material violation of these terms. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, payment obligations, and liability continue where their nature requires it.

Severability

If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update the site, products, pricing, country coverage, newsletters, reports, policies, or these terms as the project develops. Material changes will be identified by a new last-updated date. Your continued use after a change means the current terms apply to future use.
