Build the plan before you move.

Stop guessing. Get a practical Plan of Attack before you spend money on lawyers, consultants, translations, or filings.

Watch Commander helps Canadians and Americans compare configured Latin America residency routes, organize their facts, and generate a Personalized Plan of Attack they can verify before acting.

Next step

Apply it to your facts

When you know the basics, Watch Commander can screen your province, consulate jurisdiction, income/savings route, timeline, risk flags, and missing documents.

Choose your beta pass

The beta is focused on paid Plan of Attack reports. The price is deliberately low while the tool is being hardened, but not so cheap that it screams bargain-bin immigration voodoo.

Report preview

What you walk away with

The Personalized Plan of Attack is not meant to be a glossy brochure. It is a working brief: the likely route, the weak points, the documents to gather, the questions to verify, and the next moves to make.

Useful before

Hiring help

Use the report to understand what you actually need before you hire a lawyer, consultant, translator, or local assistant.

Useful before

Paperwork

Know which facts, documents, thresholds, consulates, fees, and timing issues need verification before you start.

What a Plan of Attack covers

The point is not to replace professionals. The point is to show up prepared, know what to ask, and avoid wandering into the bureaucracy like a lost tourist with a wallet taped to his forehead.

Eligibility

Residency paths

Which configured routes may fit your citizenship, income, family status, documents, risk tolerance, and timeline.

Documents

Paperwork map

What to gather, translate, apostille, renew, or verify before you start burning time and money.

Risk

Friction points

Banking, taxes, healthcare, safety, property, politics, daily-life problems, and other traps worth checking.

How the beta works

Immigration is complicated. Watch Commander makes the process more organized; it cannot make every detail magically simple. That is a feature, not a defect.

Answer the intake

Enter your citizenship, timeline, finances, family situation, documents, and target country. If you are unsure of the pathway, choose “Not sure” where available.

Generate your report

Your first generation can be a triage pass: use accurate details to discover which configured route looks strongest, then refine your next generation.

Verify before acting

Use the report to prepare questions and documents, then verify with official sources and qualified professionals before filing or spending serious money.

Save the consultant money for when it actually matters

Some residency services charge thousands of dollars for processes where official government fees may be a fraction of that. Watch Commander is designed to help resourceful people understand the path, gather the right documents, and decide what they can handle themselves.

Do-it-yourself clarity

Know the route before you pay

A prepared user can approach many residency processes with the steps, documents, costs, questions, and red flags already in hand.

Local help

Use targeted assistance

Language can still be an issue. Instead of paying for a full-service package by default, some users may only need a local translator, assistant, or qualified professional for specific filings and appointments.

This is not a promise that every person should file alone. Some cases need lawyers, accountants, immigration professionals, or local representation. The goal is to avoid paying premium prices while still walking in prepared.

Good fit

This is for you if...

  • You are Canadian or American and seriously researching Latin America residency.
  • You want to compare routes before paying for professional help.
  • You are willing to answer factual questions carefully.
  • You understand every report must be verified before action.
Bad fit

This is not for you if...

  • You want guaranteed approval.
  • You want legal, tax, immigration, investment, or financial advice.
  • You do not want to verify anything yourself.
  • You expect a complex immigration path to become a one-click beach fantasy. Wrong circus.

Watch Commander FAQ

The blunt questions before you buy. Short version: this is an educational planning tool, not a law office, government agency, or magic passport machine.

What is Watch Commander?

Watch Commander is an educational residency-planning tool from Exiled Mounty. It helps Canadian and American users organize their facts, review configured residency pathways, and generate a practical Personalized Plan of Attack for countries currently supported by the platform.

Is Watch Commander a lawyer or immigration consultant?

No. Watch Commander is not a law firm, immigration consultant, tax advisor, accountant, financial advisor, real estate advisor, or government agency. It provides educational planning support only.

Does Watch Commander guarantee residency approval?

No. Immigration and residency decisions are made by government authorities. Rules can change, offices can interpret documents differently, and individual facts matter.

Who is Watch Commander for?

The beta is designed for Canadian and American users researching residency options in supported countries. Current beta support includes Mexico, Panama, and Paraguay.

What does the Personalized Plan of Attack include?

A Watch Commander report may include:

  • Eligibility snapshot.
  • Best-fit pathway triage.
  • Main risk and estimated complexity.
  • Red flags and weak points.
  • Financial or threshold screen where relevant.
  • Document checklist.
  • Practical next steps.
  • Source-confidence estimate.
  • Sources to verify.
  • Professional-verification reminders.
  • Possible lawyer, field-contact, or local-service notes where configured.
Can my report come back as “Not viable based on current intake”?

Yes. Watch Commander does not guarantee that every situation will produce a viable residency path. If your intake points to a serious blocker, the report may say Not viable based on current intake.

That is not a failed report. It means the system found that moving forward blindly could waste your time, money, or legal fees.

When possible, the report may also explain what appears to be blocking viability and what could improve your position, such as income, documents, timing, family details, country choice, or a different pathway.

A negative result may be disappointing, but it can still save you from chasing the wrong plan.

What if I am not sure which pathway applies to me?

That is allowed. Choose “Not sure” where available and answer the factual questions as accurately as you can.

Watch Commander can treat your first report as a triage pass and suggest which configured route you should verify first.

Is the intake form complicated?

Immigration is complicated. Watch Commander makes the process more organized, but it cannot remove every detail.

If you are unsure, choose “Not sure” where available and complete the factual sections as best you can. Your later generations can be used to refine the intake once you understand which pathway looks strongest.

How many attempts or generations do I get?

During beta, the Single Country Plan includes 5 successful generations for one selected country.

During beta, the 3-Country Recon Pass includes 5 successful generations for each selected country, up to 3 selected countries — 15 total.

Do failed technical generations count against me?

Failed payments, server errors, Stripe/webhook issues, accidental refreshes, and failed report-generation attempts are not intended to count as successful generations.

If something breaks, contact support@exiledmounty.com so we can review the logs and restore access where appropriate.

How do I access my report after purchase?

After payment, you receive a private workspace link. Save it. That link is your access key because the beta may not use user accounts.

How long does my private workspace link stay active?

During beta, private workspace links are active for 30 days from purchase. During that period, you can use remaining generations tied to that product and private link.

Is this a newsletter?

No. Watch Commander transactional emails are service emails related to your purchase, private link, report, or support request.

The Exiled Mounty Substack and The LATAM Dispatch are separate and require their own optional opt-ins where offered.

Can I get a refund?

Unless a product page says otherwise, digital products and generated reports are not refundable once delivered.

If a technical failure prevents delivery, Exiled Mounty may fix the issue, resend access, restore an attempt, regenerate the report, or issue a refund at its discretion.

What should I verify before acting?

Verify all requirements with official government sources, the relevant consulate or immigration office, and qualified professionals where needed.

This is especially important for legal status, tax treatment, document legalization or apostille, translations, local filing routes, financial thresholds, appointment rules, payment timing, property/investment decisions, and post-approval steps.

Who do I contact for support?

Built for preparation, not blind trust

Watch Commander is a planning assistant. It is not a lawyer, tax adviser, immigration consultant, financial adviser, or government office.

Use it for

Preparation

Understand the terrain, compare options, gather questions, and avoid wasting time on bad fits before hiring help or starting paperwork.

Do not use it for

Final decisions

Before filing, wiring money, buying property, moving family, or changing tax residency, verify with qualified professionals and official sources.

During beta, private workspace links act as the customer’s access key. Save the link and verify all requirements before acting.
